OK, I have got my Aerogarden up and running. I am growing lettuce in my guest room

I have decided that I am going to try and grow Campari tomatoes. Yum yum yum. I go through about a pack a half a week and they are pretty expensive. Plus I need something to go with my lettuce.

So here is my plan.

I purchased the Deluxe upgrade kit (along with another Aerogarden Pro). I did this because the deluxe pro model isn’t available until Feb 2008. So I bought another Pro model from Amazon (I got is super fast) and then ordered the deluxe kit from Aerogarden about a week ago (and still don’t have it) even though they have it listed in stock. I really wish Amazon sold the upgrade kit, that way I would have it by now.

I am going to start the Campari’s in the pro deluxe system and hope they do well. At a certain point near the beginning of the summer, I am going to transfer a plant or to, to the upside down tomato planter and hang it on my porch.

Any experienced Gardner’s out there that can give me some advice?

We have recently relocated our strawberry nursery to a location closer to our home office in Colorado. We are undergoing extensive testing of our strawberry plants to ensure they will meet our exacting standards for the AeroGarden and our customers. At this time we do not have a specific date for release, but if all goes as expected, we hope to have them available in the spring of 2008. So it looks like they will be available soon. Which is good news, as from my searches on the Internet, it looked like the disappeared. Makes me wonder if something was wrong with the first go around the strawberry patch.

OK, I have ordered the Aero garden, and its on its way.
One question though, I can’t find any place to order the strawberry patch that I saw advertised earlier this year.

This makes me wonder if the “strawberry patch” did not do well or something.

I have found a few sites that show pics and blogs about the early growing, but they have all been abandoned.

Any ideas? I really want to grow some strawberries

I sent an email to Aero garden and asked them about the strawberries. Lets see how long it takes for them to respond. I have heard very good things about their telephone customer service support, but mixed reviews on the email support.

This is the book that started me off. Its packed full of info on the hows and whats of indoor gardening.

I got it at a local bookstore, but have since found it on Amazon for much cheaper. I paid around $19 for it, but Amazon has it for just under $14 (follow the link below to order).
